Laguna De La Niña Encantada
This is a beautiful lagoon, 80 metres in diameter, with crystal-clear emerald waters, which come from underground rivers. It is located in the volcanic scoria of El Infiernillo, an incredible field of volcanic rocks that, when reflected in the water, produce suggestive formations that have given rise to countless legends over the years.
The lagoon is particularly beautiful, as it is surrounded by an accumulation of lava remains from nearby craters. When eruptions occurred in ancient times, the incandescent material spilled over the course of the stream that feeds the body of water, covering it and hiding its inflow, which is now underground.
Fishing is not permitted in the Laguna de la Niña Encantada.
To enter, you must pay the entrance fee.
